Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

United States

  • Estimated delivery time: 15–25 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Free Shipping

We offer free insured shipping on qualifying orders.

If an order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping cost will automatically be applied at checkout.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • The customer will be responsible for reshipping costs, or

  • The order may be refunded minus shipping expenses

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Ortexa™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

If you need assistance, our support team will be happy to help guide you through the process.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

Our team will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


Shipping Delays

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Logistics disruptions

Ortexa™ is not responsible for delays once the order has been shipped, but we will assist in tracking your package whenever possible.
